Clansman Amplifier AF Loudspeaker (A-AFL)

Amplifier AF loudspeaker is an audio amplifier which can be connected in to the harness ring and used to select and amplify a radio or intercom signal. It can drive up to four fixed or free standing loudspeakers and it can also be used completely separate from the harness using an independent 24-28 volt power source. BE310 - Sarbe 3 Yellow Rescue Radio

Sarbe 3 BE-310 (Yellow versions) in very good condition (almost new). Made in the 1960's they include pull cord and antenna. They are Grade 3, untested off the pile. They probably work, we are not allowed to sell them as tested and serviced, you can imagine why!

Centre Junction Dipole Balun

This is a Clansman Centre Junction Dipole Balun. A Balun is a device that interfaces or matches the balanced antenna input of a radio to an unbalanced antenna load and is mainly connected to HF man-pack radios connected to a dipole wire antenna. The word Balun is derived from the words of BALanced to UNbalanced. A common example of where a Balun would be needed is at the feed point of a dipole antenna when a coaxial antenna wire from a radio is used. If a Balun is not used then the radios performance would be affected. NSN: 5985-99-620-9535. Supplied in good condition.

Clansman Amplifier Intercommunications Box (AIB)

Normally used on the rear exterior of a Self Propelled Artillery Vehicle, the Clansman Amplifier Intercommunications Box (AIB) provides cordless intercommunications between the interior of vehicle and ammunition numbers outside the vehicle.

It is switched on at the Radio Lines Box (RLB) and allows ammunition numbers to monitor the harness intercommunications channel or to be addressed by the commander. The unit has a Press-To-Talk button to permit ammunition numbers to reply by connecting the loud-speaker in to the harness circuit as a microphone!

An internal microphone amplifier inside the AIB raises the output level of the loud-speaker to a level compatible with the other crew box outputs. Volume control of the loudspeaker is controlled by the volume knob on the AIB.

A standard 7-pin Clansman Headset or Handset can be externally connected to the AIB using the socket provided. NSN: 5820-99-633-6562. Supplied in untested condition, Grade 3.

Clansman Initiate Box BCC-425

The Clansman Initiate Box BCC-425 is used with the Clansman PRC-351 or the PRC-352 man-pack radio sets when they are installed and used in a vehicle configuration. The Initiate Box interfaces the man-pack radio set to the Antenna Tuning Unit BCC-543 (TUAAM) and to the vehicle antenna.

The TUAAM is normally fitted very near the antenna mast base of the vehicle or inside the antenna box typically found on Land Rovers wing. It automatically matches the selected frequency of the radio to the antenna installed in the vehicle to give optimum performance and achieve maximum range with the radio set. Clansman Single Transducer Headset

This Clansman Single Transducer Headset is a lightweight alternative to the normal Clansman handsets or Headset / Throat Microphones combinations. The single transducer is used both as a Microphone and a Speaker!
The Headset incorporates a sensitive microphone which should pick-up your voice while the headset is worn by the operator. The headset can also be used as a handheld microphone. The built-in Speaker and the head strap enables the radio operator to keep both hands free for other tasks while receiving.

The Headset is made from durable flexible rubber to high military specification and is splash proof. It is comfortable to wear and is fixed in position using head straps.

A Pressel switch (Push-To-Talk) is incorporated in the earpiece and is located on top of the unit. The headset can be plugged directly into the Audio or Headset sockets of any Clansman radio or harness control boxes which have a 7 Pin Clansman Audio socket.

Old Style Remote 2-Wire Hand Set

The old style Remote Handset can be used to remotely operate the following Clansman radios, PRC-320, PRC-351/352, VRC-321/322, VRC-353, PRC-344 as well as some older Larkspur radios. Indicator Turn & Slip MK 2A

The Turn & Slip MK 2A Indicator shows the rate and direction of a turn of a aircraft. There is also a white ball which indicates if the aircraft is slipping to the left or right. Power Off warning indicator. These indicators were removed from British Military aircraft's. Connection is by a 2 pin plug at the back of the unit. No further details are presently available. The Turn and Slip indicators are available in limited numbers and are supplied in very good condition.

BE 361/243/D - Sarbe Yellow

SARBE Beacon radio BE 361/243/D is a fully transistorised beacon transmitter operating on UHF 243 MHz. It is very small in size and has a built-in antenna which is released when the retaining pin is pulled out. Very difficult to get the antenna back in to place!

Wireless Set No. 19 Counter-Poise No.2 MKII

This is the very rare No. 2 MKII Counter-Poise antenna for the Legendary WWII British radio station Wireless Set No. 19. The Counter-Poise has four wire segments which is laid like a cross underneath the radiating antenna. The four wires go to a central location to the radios earth terminal to provide a artificial ground plane. Each wire segment is 340 Cm 134 Inch Long.

Supplied in good condition considering they are about 60 years old, supplies are limited.

This is the 5 Meter Extension lead and holder for the Internal Gamma Probe of the DOM-410 Geiger Counter.

The internal Gamma Probe is unplugged from the side of the DOM-410 Geiger Counter and plugged into this extension lead, the extension lead is then plugged in to the DOM-410 where the Gamma sensor used to be, allowing remote operation from upto 5 meters away, please see pictures below.

BC-1000 Radio Set Handset TS-15 For Spare Parts

The TS-15 handsets were normally used with BC-1000 radios and could have also been used with BC-1306 and GRC-9 as well as other war time radios, It has a PL-55 plug for the speaker and a PL-68 Socket for the microphone. The TS-15 handset has a built in PTT switch Push to Talk Switch.

BC-1000 Noise Canceling Microphone T-45

The T-45 microphone can be used with most war time American radios such as the BC-1000, BC-1306, GRC-9. The microphone is normally used along with the HS-30 headset and SW-141 PTT switch. The HS-30 and SW-141 are available separately.

The T-45 microphone is a carbon type Noise Canceling microphone designed for operation on a nominal current of 50 miliamps. The resistance of the unit is between 50 and 125 Ohms at 1000 cycles per second. Frequency response is substantially flat from 200 to 4000 cycles per second.
